Great little get away from the cold in the north

The location was perfect for us The roof top patio area was great. We didn’t use the pools this time it was a bit chilly but the lounge area was nice It is a basic hotel in a perfect location, the front staff were very pleasant and helpful.

I would only indicate that the restaurant area staff were not as accommodating as the hotel staff.

The bar, even though I was the only one jn it, cd not turn ghe boom boom sound down even when requested, very annoying. Lock box not not working in room 53.

Enjoyed it but would have loved it without the pounding base music

We liked the 3rd floor facilities but hated the continuous pounding music!!! It would have been fine at half volume...

Clean and comfortable, great rooftop, good location!

It was not the first time we book a room in that hotel and we like it very much! It's clean, the bed is confortable, water pressure in the shower is very good! They did improvement on the rooftop that is great! I strongly recommend this hotel.

The pool was not as clean as usual. I think the filtration was off. Lots of mosquitos in the water and a little bit of durt in the bottom. But it was still possible to swim in it.

Excellent stay, if you don't expect to be directly next to the beach

Quiet located, clean rooms, excellent shower, great wifi, good maintenance of the building. Staff is very friendly and helpful, close to several restaurants, supermarkets and the center.

Prices for drinks on the roof terrace quite high.

Rooms were good. Restaurant and Bar on site. Quality was good.

Safe was a challenge to use and no instructions in the room. AC unit was hit and miss. Only a sheet on the bed. A thin blanket would have been nice.

Good value, clean, secure.

The room was clean and had the basics of what we needed. It’s good value for PDC. Very close to ADO bus station, grocery stores and local restaurants. Pesero to get to public beach a block away. Staff live in PDC so really helpful if you ask them about good places to eat, etc.

It would be nice to have a water filling station in lobby to avoid buying plastic. Even though there seemed to be available rooms, absolutely would not let us check in early. They did keep our bags in a secure place though until check in. The maid unlocked our room and came in while we were packing up the day we left (before check out time). She was apologetic and it wasn’t a big deal as we were up and dressed.

A nice alternative to staying in more expensive hotels in the very hectic center of town

The rooftop bar/pools were really lovely. Room was plain, but we weren't looking for anything fancy -- we just wanted something clean and affordable, and we got used to the 15-minute walk to the center of town.

WiFi worked maybe 30% of the time, which ended up costing me a lot because I ran up my cellular data usage.

Exceptional

Omggggg, I would give 10 stars if there was an option!! EVERYTHING about 12Bees it's AMAZING, room, bed, comfort, service, LOCATION!! I love that option to take care of your luggage once you check out (yes it's safe in a room with a key)... we wanted to stay the rest of our day roaming the city (since the previous days we did some tours to Tulum and Chichen Itza)... Came back to a clean nice room, and beautiful towel animals & heart!! All the toiletries refilled and our room felt cool as far as the temperature... Laura at the front desk was soooooo sweet, she's attentive, polite and very helpful, we left our luggage with them after our check out and came back after 7pm to head to Cancun, she gave us some plastic bags to hold our wet clothes from the Beach. I love the location, you can walk EVERYWHERE!! no need to pay for cabs, quinta avenida is down the road, and the best tacos two streets down, soooo recommending this place to my friends and definitely coming back! Town is very safe too, we walked our ways to the ADO bus station to get to Cancun. Thanks 12bees for making our stay soooo pleasing!

The room was great, especially for the price. They were able to store my luggage for the day which was also a plus!

I didn't realize how far off the beaten path the hotel was. A 20 minute walk in the Mexican heat is no joke! However the accommodations were great
